We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base.

 

Role Overview: 

As a Sales Representative at MiBanana, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be at the forefront of our business development efforts, pitching MiBanana’s digital marketing services to potential clients and converting leads into long-term partners. Your ability to communicate, negotiate, and close deals will be essential in achieving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, social media, and networking events.
  • Sales Presentations: Present MiBanana’s digital marketing services in a clear, compelling way that demonstrates how they can address client needs and drive growth.
  • Client Acquisition: Close deals by negotiating service agreements, pricing, and terms with new clients. Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client by working closely with internal teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and the competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to refine the sales process and develop strategies that align with MiBanana’s overall goals.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue generated, and customer retention.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients based on their evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related field.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and solutions to potential clients.
  • Self-Motivation: A highly driven and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and position MiBanana’s services as the solution.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term relationship management.

 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of SEO, content marketing, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Previous Agency Experience: Experience working in a marketing or creative agency is a plus.
